The Atlantic Dawn Group has embarked on an ambitious fleet renewal programme.

Salt Ship Design were commissioned to design a series of mid-water pelagic trawlers for our company.

The collaboration with Salt Ship Design is a continuation of the long standing working relationship between the Sandvik and McHugh families.

A ship building contract was signed with Cemre shipyard in Istanbul, Turkey.

The project will involve the construction of three sister vessels to be named ‘Leila’, ‘Lauren’ and ‘Veronica’.
